What's Covered?
We guarantee that we will refund the original purchase price (excluding VAT) within 10 years, provided the diamond has the original GIA certificate and intact seal, and no subsequent modifications have been made.
Conditions
- Presentation of original purchase receipt or order number
- Presentation of original GIA certificate
- Diamond must be in unchanged condition (no modifications or repairs)
- Intact packaging seals (if present at purchase)
- Return within 10 years from purchase date
Exceptions
Damage from improper handling, destroyed certificates, loss of original documents, or modifications to the stone exclude the guarantee. We reserve the right to additional inspections in case of suspected fraud.
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us via the form on the contact page or by email
- Send purchase receipt, GIA certificate, and photos of the diamond
- We review the documents and arrange secure shipping for inspection if necessary
- After positive review, we process the refund within 14 business days
